VIRIBRIGHT switched T8 tubes
These tubes can be retrofitted into standard T8 fittings as a more energy efficient, non-flicker alternative to fluorescent tube lighting. To install, just remove the ballast and starter from the standard T8 fitting. The tubes have a built in safety switch, which prevents mains current from flowing through the tube until both ends are fitted and rotated into place. Suggested Applications: Commercial/industrial lighting, e.g. office lighting, sports halls and underground carparks.
Colours: Available in warm, natural and cool white

NEW VIRIBRIGHT single ended T8 tubes
The latest tubes from the VIRIBRIGHT range have been developed to fit a wider range of fittings. The tubes still run directly from mains power, but are powered from one end only to ensure that they remain safe to install. “Ultra bright” version also available, see datasheet for details.
